Let me take a moment to introduce myself! My name is Kristy Sherrod, and I am the founder of Ethos Consulting Agency. This business came to fruition out of a noticeable need for more personalized consulting in the areas of writing (for both career and academics), content strategies for small businesses, and leadership/organizational development for both small businesses and individuals that fall outside of the “big business” corporate consultants. I’ve worked with various organizations and individuals for the past 20 years in both education and the legal field, and bring years of experience in writing, editing, content strategy, client strategy, and more. Ethos Consulting Agency is the result of many years of work and dedication to learning the best practices for leadership styles and organizational change, and the dedication to self-improvement for individuals in the process of advancing or changing their careers, as well as those just beginning to get their feet wet in their chosen career. I earned my doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California in 2020, and an MFA in creative writing from the University of the South, Sewanee School of Letters in 2024. Through both of these programs I was able to hone my own skills in individual skill development for leadership, writing, and more, and it is my passion to help you do the same. I am based in the Jackson, Tennessee, area but am willing to travel and have virtual consolations if you are outside of this area.
